Return and Exchange Policy

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible ! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase. All the purchases will be non-refundable. We strictly do not do accept returns/exchanges. Exchanges are accepted only if there is some manufacturing defect or if there is a size issue.

• Goods once sold can’t be exchanged/replaced.

• Kindly note all orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• We have a 7days exchange policy
• Exchanged products will be delivered within 7-10 days

• Exchanges are accepted ONLY IF THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR IF THERE IS A SIZE ISSUE, please send us a exchange request through mail or WhatsApp. After receiving the product, we shall send you a fresh piece.
• If the wrong product is being sent to you, which might happen sometimes. PLEASE CALL US ON OUR NUMBER or mail us for a smooth exchange process.

• Exchanges can be processed only once per order. (With given criteria)

• Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.

• Returns should be done within a week or 7-days of delivery.

• Returns are only accepted for damaged product and wrong delivered product.

• You will not be able to make exchange/return request by yourself on the website, you have to inform us.
